I am so thankful for the @USFL & @USFLMaulers for the opportunity to intern for a SPECIAL team.

Going to the USFL Championship after a 1-9 season the year prior was a spectacle to behold - I am so blessed to have been able to contribute to and witness it!

Top 10 Scoring Offenses on "short weeks" in 2023:

Cowboys: 38 points (1 defensive TD), 431 Yards
Dolphins: 27 points (1 defensive TD), 395 Yards
Eagles: 34 points, 430 Yards
49ers: 30 points, 441 Yards
49ers: 31 points, 377 Yards
Bills: 24 points, 427 Yards
Ravens: 34 points, 405 Yards
Lions: 34 points, 401 Yards
Lions: 22 points, 464 Yards

Average of 30.44 Offensive PPG & 418.33 YPG... that's 8.83 Points and 86.19 Yards ABOVE AVERAGE.

Well... what if we expand it to the Top 16 Scoring Offenses on a "short week" in 2023?

Average of 27.69 Offensive PPG & 383.91 YPG... that's 6.08 Points and 51.77 Yards ABOVE AVERAGE.

Well... what if we expanded it to EVERY TEAM that has played a TNF game this season?

Average of 23.25 Offensive PPG & 341.68 YPG... that's 1.64 Points and 9.54 Yards ABOVE AVERAGE.

The emotions of the general public will tell you these "short week" games (Thursday Night Football) are worse than the rest, when in reality, the numbers tell you the exact opposite.
