🚨🚨🌕| NEW: After summer 2023, Manchester United changed the way contracts for new signings and renewals are structured.
The old system gave players an automatic 25% pay rise for Champions League qualification. New contracts only trigger the increase if a player played at least 60% of the previous season's minutes.
Joshua Zirkzee missed that threshold, so his salary did not increase. The logic is to reward regular contributors, avoid paying underperforming or fringe players the same bonus, and save millions in wages.
Marcus Rashford and Mason Mount remain on older contracts and still receive the automatic 25% increase.

Most manufacturers know something has changed in their business. They don't know what risk moved with it.
Industrial Exchange maps that gap - business change to hidden exposure to consequence - in one place.

The risk that costs you isn't the one on the risk register.
It's the one that arrived quietly when you changed your supplier, your process, or your market - and nobody updated the picture.
That's the exposure Industrial Exchange is built to surface.

Steel tariffs shifted on 1 July. Most manufacturers are tracking the invoice cost.
The risk that follows the tariff - supplier dependency, contract exposure, lead time collapse - that's the part that does the quiet damage.
