@ma3_ma33_ I'm on it paired with metformin and it gives some pretty bad nausea but I didn't start the metformin until a few doses after and I noticed the first dose when I was taking just nal that I had an immediate reaction. I'm only on 1/4 of a 50mg pill and I can hardly stomach meals now

It's crazy how easy it is to get prescribed an appetite suppressant/wl drug from your doctor if you're fat even if you've lost an abnormal amount of weight recently
