Is there a Storybook-like tool that can automatically discover and organize existing components without requiring us to manually write and maintain stories for each one?
Several Ukrainians have told me in person and X that my original spelling of Kyiv is wrong. I said “Kiev” originally, which is the Russian spelling.
When the war started, on-air journalists gradually switched from saying Kee-yev to Keev. I never understood why. Until now.
Russia is waging a cultural war on Ukraine. They are indoctrinating kidnapped children to only speak Russian, forbidding the use of Ukrainian. Russian leaders claim Ukraine has no distinct cultural identity or history separate from Russia.
But last night I ate borscht, a Ukrainian dish, for the first time. I’m in a city originally named Kyivan Rus’. Muscovites took the name to create “Russia.” Even the underlying technology for Russia’s nuclear energy is Ukrainian.
Russia has appropriated Ukrainian history and culture since Russia’s founding. Ukrainians take pride in their history and identity. They do not like to see it appropriated by Russians killing their families every single day.
So if you’re an American asking yourself why this matters, you have your answer.

@anothercohen Google Health design is horrendous, but the Fitbit Air hardware disappointed me too once I tried it.
The band feels awkward, it looks weird on the hand, and the way the device sits against the skin doesn’t feel well-resolved because of its shape.
Not impressed so far 🤷♂️
💔 18 killed, including two children
Russia launched a massive attack on Ukraine. According to the latest reports, 12 people were killed in Dnipro and another 6 in Kyiv.
Residential buildings, a clinic, vehicles, and other civilian infrastructure were hit. Rescue workers are still clearing the rubble and searching for survivors.
In Dnipro, rescuers managed to pull a woman alive from under the debris. Among the victims were an 8-year-old child and a toddler born in 2023.
Judging by the aftermath, Russia’s so-called “decision-making centers” were once again located in residential buildings and medical facilities.

Interested to learn how do you manage all the interactive components that can appear inside chat responses? Are they tracked as Storybook stories, or do you have another system for documenting and testing them?
In my experience it can get complex pretty quickly without a central place to see every component state and variations.
