So @USPS sent my package from CA to MD, to the distribution center 12 minutes from my house....then to CO for 3 days? How?!?!?! It's now in NJ. Let's see how long it takes to get to me. It left CA on the 7th and was down the street from my house by the 10th.

@CapitalOne hello! Who would be the correct department to talk about a capital one offer that was never given? I never received an email after a purchase and thought it was a lost cause, but just saw that the offer portal actually tracks when I visited and it shows up!

@AmericanAir hello! I recently took a RT flight to BKK via Qatar. I changed my awards number to AA. One flight still hasn't posted and another says ineligible as I upgraded my seat w/ Avios. Where I can submit information to get the points for both? I paid cash for economy.

@AmericanAir I just entered the information and it says that my ticket number isn't valid. I did read the FAQs and it said that it would start with 001 (or something like that) when it's on American, but this is on Qatar to earn on AA. That said, the seconf ticket doesn't have my AA??

@CapitalOne ello! With the lounges having wait at times, are there any plans to allow people to grab&go without being on the waitlist? I've heard people just want to grab&go due to a short layover, but can't bc of the list. Doesn't this defeat part of the purpose?

I am not 100% sure if I would trust the @CapitalOne Travel portal for price protection. The agent was very nice&gave me a one-time credit, but it shouldn't be a "one-time". I have proof that the price changed a few days after I booked. Unfortunately, it doesn't show on their end.

@FedEx I just received an email that they weren't able to deliver my package at 5:04p as no one was home/business was closed. I have been home all day and have two cameras. I can assure you that no one has come to my house. The last person who came to my camera was at 4:01p.
