Didn't know @reliancejio @JioCare services are so poor !! Had requested for relocation of my connection on 7th and even after booking it for 16th till 4pm, No engineer has visited my home after multiple escalations.

Raised relocation request for my Jio Fiber last week—no engineer visits, zero accountability. Now, after multiple follow-ups, I’m blocked from even reaching support via Jio's toll-free number. What kind of training does @reliancejio @JioCare gives its team? Pathetic experience!

For the first time, I’m stranded on a delayed train (by 6 hours) in the middle of nowhere. The status says it reached its destination, but the video proves otherwise—a complete fraud by the train authorities!
