I faced an issue with my Harrier today. It was not starting even after multiple tries. I raised a complaint around 2:40 PM (case id : 5-170530962003). I was told to wait for 2 hours for the technician to arrive.

Firstly, they should send a proper technician who has some knowledge about the vehicle and after that if he is unable to resolve the issue only then the car should be towed away.

@airtelindia i am currently living in Pilibhit in UP state and there are more than 200 people in my factory who are using airtel.But the network is so worse call drops & even internet is impossible sometimes. Please do something @TRAI @Airtel_Presence
