@Verizon we have transferred to Verizon in feb 2025 and they promised me promotion which is never happened on my account. Now they are making me suffer by saying go to store in Bridgewater to get it done and store Manager saying he can’t do anything. I’ll strongly NO VERIZON.

@ViCustomerCare Sent TON of mail for my eSIM request past 2 weeks, but hard luck Support Team\Staff has not taken any action. Is this Vi Customer support works. Every 12 hour I’m calling to check status on my eSIM request but NONE OF CUST SUPPORT TEAM was able to resolve issue

@TRAI my Indian Vi physical SIM not working. I have requested eSIM, shared all required documents but they are not able to issue eSIM. I have made too many requests but they have very bad customer care. Please help if you, currently away from home country
