I am posting this letter which I have sent to customer care and how Samsung is trying to sell me same story, even after I mailed them. They didn't even reply to me and are trying to make me pay for new product.

@SamsungIndia @SamsungKorea @jaagograhakjago After fighting with them for more than 3 weeks they confirmed me for free replacement but 2 days later again they back tracked and now are asking for about Rs. 5700 for replacement of my 1.5 months old Samsung Ring. Attaching 2 emails

I told her that just got a call from Samsung that they are again reviewing...so.no coordination...they just want me to take it

I mail them a thank you email and how I have got my confidence in Samsung but

Why should I pay for 1.5 months old product again, if it is service center fault. No one is listening, just faking it.

I have been an avid user of Samsung but these guys are just too much. Now afternposting message here they have been calling me and giving me same exact reasons that service center gave me.

@HomeCentreIndia Ridiculous service.I had placed my order on 20th April and it was suppose to be delivered on 25th April..still struggling for it.delievery was changed to 1st May by itself but even then it was not delivered.don't know what to do.even customer service did not help
