I do not know if individual customer experiences matter to @Uber or not, but if it does, i am willing to share the details of the trips. Also, the uber support is of no use. You get to select only the issues in their algorathim. Beyond that @Uber does not care

Uber drivers in Kolkata are creating a havoc. They cancel your ride but take you to the destination and ask for extra fare. I booked a cab to the airport today and the driver Bhim cancelled the trip and asked for Rs 100 extra. I was in a hurry and I had to take the fare.

This same thing happens everytime. @Uber i fail to understand if there is any background verification of drivers. I thought there would be better driver partners if i book prime sedan, but unfortunately the same experience. He cancelled the ride and took extra fare and dropped me

@Flipkart it seems the exchange policy on flipkart is a scam. Bought a phone for exchange and the old phone had no evident scratch/ dent but the wish master was so keen to find one and charge cash. Felt cheated. Video of phone before exchange #noscratch
