Extremely disappointed with @Mahindra_Auto and Atmaram Auto Enterprises, Agra. My Bolero Neo (UP80 JT 8996) has a silencer leak causing harmful fumes inside the cabin and eye irritation. Warranty part #7471 was approved on 15/09/2026. I was assured the team would contact me, but nobody has contacted me yet. Repeated emails have gone unanswered. Requesting urgent intervention from senior management.

ग्राहक के साथ गंभीर मामला

Ampere Nexus ST स्कूटर को 2026 मॉडल बताकर बेचा गया। खरीदारी के समय Insurance में Manufacture Year 2026 था और dealer ने भी 2026 manufactured vehicle बताया। लेकिन लगभग 20 दिन बाद RC की WhatsApp कॉपी मिलने पर पता चला कि वाहन December 2025 में manufactured है।

इसके अलावा dealer द्वारा ₹14,500 अतिरिक्त राशि ली गई, जिसका कोई GST बिल/उचित रसीद नहीं दी गई। RTO registration के समय वाहन में dealer का मोबाइल नंबर दर्ज कराया गया, जिसकी जानकारी/सहमति ग्राहक से नहीं ली गई।

वाहन में delivery के समय underbody crack, range/battery और IoT/app से संबंधित समस्याएँ भी सामने आईं। First service भी समय पर नहीं हो सकी और इन सभी कारणों से वाहन लगातार खड़ा रहा।

सबसे बड़ा सवाल यह है कि यदि वाहन वास्तव में 2025 manufactured था, तो Insurance और बिक्री के समय 2026 Manufacture Year क्यों दिखाया गया और ग्राहक को 2026 मॉडल क्यों बताया गया?

यह केवल मॉडल ईयर का मामला नहीं है, बल्कि ग्राहक को दी गई जानकारी, अतिरिक्त राशि की वसूली, GST बिल न देना और RTO में dealer का मोबाइल नंबर दर्ज कराने जैसे कई गंभीर सवालों का मामला है। संबंधित कंपनियों और dealer से पूरे मामले की पारदर्शी जांच और उचित समाधान की अपेक्षा है।

My Flipkart order was placed on 10 May 2026, but my RC shows the Purchase Date as 05 May 2026—5 days before I even placed the order. How is that possible?
Also, the insurance mentions 2026, while the RC shows the manufacturing date as 12/2025. I deserve a clear written explanation, not generic replies.
