What’s the point of having a postal system if customers have to run from one desk to another just to locate their parcel?

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the delivery service for my recent order. The delivery partner, Ekart, has provided an extremely poor experience — despite multiple attempts to reach out, they consistently refused to attend my calls.

This is totally disgusting, Grievance closed without intimation and without confirmation.
Even though the issue is not resolved.
