The primary factor for getting marks is the quality of your answer... simply filling out the answer sheet doesn't guarantee marks. I am showing you the 3rd-ranker's GS2 answer sheet right now. For the two questions—7B and 7E—that were left unanswered, he or she received zero marks. That’s perfectly fine... if you believe there is substance to your allegations, why don't you go to court?... If you see overcharging on trains or at railway stations, report it on Rail Madad. I did it today while travelling alone, despite being scared. Within minutes,the PC manager arrived, overcharging stopped,staff started charging the correct price, and Rail Neer was served properly.
