MNGL has been falsely billing me for a different meter number since past 6 yrs.

Issue was highlighted in 2017 (CompNo: 10302451) still unaddressed. Essential services has become harassment.

Complaint No: 10302451 (Dtd 1-Dec-2018). the complaint number has conveniently closes unilaterally without intimation from MNGL end.

ICICI has focussed on "Volumes" at the expense of "Quality" has taken down hill.

Call wait times excess of 15-20 mins. Technical issues are never resolved.

Apparently the 1+ experience store accepts repairs under extended warranty only when customer raises repair request through the 1+ care app
The app doesn't list or detect thier stores on thier app and hence a repair request cannot be raised.
