Yet again @Flipkart has no idea where my order is!! Below order was done on 10th Oct and delivery date was 17th Oct.

Have spoken to their customer care after trying to reach them for 3 hours, but they have no clue.

Seems flipkart is cheating

1) Stating that my order has been cancelled by seller due to unforseen circumstances.
2) Stating that the order is delayed and will be delivered.

Look how your employees are cheating customers. Received WhatsApp message (screenshot attached) from employee of HDFC Bank where certain benefits of card was mentioned like 10% Cashback on Amazon, Flipkart etc. Please confirm which card is this?

Cherry to the cupcake is, neither Store is not picking up the call, toll free IVR is also making fool as it does not connects with any agent.

If Yes, what actions are taken? Have you raised any FIR?
If No, then it seems you are promoting this culture of scams and fraud.

Who is this person?
And who has given him authority to provide fake offers?
Has bank done anything against him?
Or is bank involved in this scam?

I will move to Banking Ombudsman because same person is calling/texting me again and again saying he belongs to HDFC Bank.
