@airindia services are just not acceptable. Flight timing at 22:40 delayed initially by 1 hour, then by 4 hours. No notification, no updates given to the customers! No support staff! My family traveling with an infant, has to go through coz of their lack of system management.

Just a sheer disappointment in the service of Havells. Unexplainable to me that the company is ready to repair product unlimited times unless unrepairable and not replace.
My Oil Heater has been repaired thrice this month. And it's been only 3 months I got it.

My 13000 loss is a reflection on havells bad service. My first and last mistake to invest, sorry waste my money into any havells product.
There is no replacement facility unless proven useless (the product), irrespective of unlimited repairs.

No one actually once you pay havells. There work ends with the deal. No customer gratification or help is their policy.
They have to deal with their monetary loss and hassle with the technicians who don't even know how to talk to their customers.
