@IngridTolentin @gcashofficial I called na po immediately when I figured that it was debited but not credited sa Gcash ko. Kaso ang advice lang din was to contact Gcash and wait for 2 banking days. 🥲

@gcashofficial I transferred funds via cash in through my linked BPI account which I always do but today, I haven’t received the funds yet but it was already debited from my account. Can someone please look into this issue?
