i wanna allert about this acc kingart he's a scammer

He suddenly followed me and sended me a DM saying that would give me money to buy groceries And he said that I had to promise I wouldn't use the money for drugs or to smoke. I don't use any of those things!
While I'm trying to work on a project here with my brother, this person shows up who seems to want to help, but in the end, it's just a scammer! Giving some kind of hope to the person who thinks they're actually going to receive that money, only to be disappointed in the end. He also steals all the money and hard work that the person put into earning it.

It was actually my brother, who is also my business partner, who discovered the scam; I wasn't the one talking to him. If it weren't for my business partner/brother, I probably would have fallen for the scam.

Note from my brother [he wrote this (my brother): Furthermore, this scammer made us waste time having to create a PayPal account from scratch. We had problems, we had to talk to customer service, and in the end, we didn't get anything, but it's all good now We didn't fall for the scam. My mother had to go through facial verification about 4 or 5 times, and it's infuriating. While we work honestly, meanwhile there are people scamming honest people, and the worst part is the guy lives in a better country than Brazil. He have greater purchasing power there than we do, so why do that? There's no logic to it; it prevented my sister from finishing one of her commissions. I just wanted to see if It was true because we really needed that money; in the end it was just another scam, but there's the warning! Thanks for reading.
