@Kazanjy@Nickyy_Barnes @StoicKingz You’ll also most likely get bad ratings from drivers when you do what you did. And some drivers won’t even accept a ride if a passenger’s rating is below 4.7 or 4.8.
@LeviSpires@Uber Lyft does the same thing. Accept a reserved ride and expecting to be routed that direction in time to pick them up. Only after me looking for the reservation is when I found out it was canceled.
@ChicagoRidesha1@capitalandmain How is someone’s income cut in half if they only drive for one rideshare company and not both? It’s not like a driver can give rides for Uber and Lyft simultaneously. I used to drive for both and I make much more money driving only for Lyft.
@LeviSpires It happened to me the only time I accepted a scheduled ride. I woke up at 4:30am for the 5:30am pickup. Lyft pushed two rides to me which was odd as I was running out of time to get to the pick up. Sure enough. Ride history showed passenger canceled.
@ShameOnLyftTX Drivers hustle to get the number of rides required for a ride challenge bonus payment. Let’s say that amount is $150. Once all the rides have been completed, Lyft adds $150 to the drivers account. How is that $150 considered a passenger payment? It’s all a lie.
@chrispza716 Bonus amounts drivers make are INCLUDED in the passenger payment amount. Bonus amounts are paid to drivers by Lyft, not the passengers. A bonus is supposed to be a reward for a job well done. The whole 70% guarantee is nothing but a misworded mess.
