Calls for the Israeli Medical Association to be suspended from the World Medical Association are growing, after over a thousand people including prominent medics signed a petition calling for the Israeli body’s removal https://t.co/6DA1ThYWLY
Israel is running a network of torture camps for Palestinians. Our reports, Welcome to Hell and Living Hell, extensively documented a reality of extreme violence, starvation, and torture.
Palestinian prisoners are subjected to severe violence, deliberate humiliation, starvation, sleep deprivation, denial of medical care, and abuse in every facility where they are held.
These abusive practices are fully backed by the political leadership, which openly boasts about the harsh prison conditions. Some inmates are subjected to severe sexual assaults.
At least 89 Palestinians have died in Israeli detention facilities since October 2023 as a result of inhumane conditions, violence, starvation, and the denial of medical treatment.
Despite the extensive evidence, media investigations, and reports issued by Israeli and international organizations documenting torture in Israeli prisons, the international community continues to stand by and allow Israel to commit crimes against the Palestinian people.

De Niro: I hate to say it, but loving our country is starting to sound like an abused spouse saying they love their abuser.
I can’t love a country that starts stupid and inhumane wars, killing thousands of innocents and indirectly causing the deaths and suffering of millions more.
I can’t love a country that takes healthcare away from millions of people and uses that money to enrich their pals in the Trump-Epstein class.
I can’t love a country that sends out masked militias to shoot citizens in the streets, torture our neighbors, and separate families.
I can’t love a country that’s led by a racist, misogynist, xenophobic tyrant.
And let me just say it: I can’t love a country that’s led by Donald Trump and his sycophant Congress.
🚨 BREAKING: Lebanon files UN Security Council complaint accusing I$rael of violating the Chemical Weapons Convention in the south
Lab tests from Aita al-Shaab, Naqoura, and Dhaira confirmed catastrophic levels of Glyphosate—a cancer-linked chemical—in agricultural soil.
Normal farming levels would show 0.5 to 2 mcg/g but tests on soil in South Lebanon show 22,750 mcg/g, 11,000 times above safe levels
It has been labeled by some as a deliberate war crime designed to permanently destroy arable border lands.
Here is our report from the scene filmed in February
How?
In 1878 group of nuns in Santa Fe New Mexico prayed a novena to St. Joseph for a staircase.
A mysterious carpenter showed up alone, built a 33-step spiral staircase with no visible support, no nails, refused payment, and then disappeared.
Engineers are still baffled by it.
The dandelion is said to echo all three: sun in its bloom, moon in its seed head, stars in its drifting seeds. A small flower holding a whole sky. ✨🌼🌙⭐️
BEE GENOCIDE ALERT – THIS IS NOT AN ACCIDENT!
Over 50% of the world’s bees died last year.
Bees pollinate ONE-THIRD of everything we eat.
Pesticides are bad enough… but 5G + chemtrails are slaughtering them.
This is deliberate BEE APOCALYPSE by the elite.
Einstein warned: “When the bees die, humans have four years left.”
We’re already on the clock. Our food supply will collapse and it will be too late.
Israel has continued to attack Lebanon, despite Iran saying it was included in a potential memorandum of understanding with the US. Fresh forced displacement orders were issued on Saturday, following Israeli bombardment throughout Friday night on towns and villages in the south.
Israel is destroying every single home in the southern 40 miles of Lebanon.
This is not “targeting Hezbollah strongholds.”
These are Christian villages and Sunni villages and Shia villages where people have lived for centuries.
This Greek restaurant has no AC. It stays cool all summer on sea breezes alone, via fabric panels that scatter sunlight and move air around. Ancient Persians took the same principle so far they produced ice in 45°C (113°F) desert heat, without electricity.
The Persian wind catcher, known as a badgir (literally "wind catcher" in Persian), is one of the oldest cooling systems on earth. Archaeologists found evidence at Tappeh Chackmaq, a site near Shahrood, Iran, dated to roughly 3,000 years ago. They work on simple physics: a tower rises above the roofline, catches prevailing winds through angled openings, and funnels cooled air down into rooms below. Yazd, Iran still has 700 of them. UNESCO added the city to its World Heritage list in 2017, calling it "a living testimony to intelligent use of limited available resources in the desert." The Egyptians had their own version, the malqaf, shown in 1300 BCE artwork near Luxor.
Persians combined wind catchers with underground chambers to create the yakhchal, an ancient refrigerator. During cold desert nights, shallow pools of water froze solid. Badgirs then kept the chambers cold enough to store that ice through summer, in a desert regularly hitting 45°C. Inside, temperatures ran 15-20°C below the outdoor air, held there by thick insulating walls, steady airflow from the wind towers, and the cool ground beneath. This is how Persians made faloodeh, a frozen dessert, in a climate with no business producing frozen anything.
Willis Carrier designed the first modern air conditioning system on July 17, 1902, at a printing plant in Brooklyn. AC spread fast. Passive cooling vanished from new construction. Air conditioning and fans now consume 20% of global building electricity.
K-Studio, an Athens-based architecture firm, designed the Barbouni beach restaurant at Costa Navarino, Messinia. The fabric ceiling does two things at once: it breaks up direct sunlight before it heats the floor below, and its wave motion keeps air moving on top of basic convection (warm air rises, cooler outdoor air rushes in). K-Studio principal Dimitris Karampatakis: "We didn't want to have a static structure right in front of this dynamic landscape." Afternoon sea breezes at the Navarino coast arrive reliably each day, generated by land heating faster than the sea and drawing cooler air in from the water. The ceiling was designed around that daily rhythm.
Wind towers drop indoor temperatures by up to 22°F (12°C) with zero electricity and no maintenance. Yazd's badgirs have been running continuously for 700+ years. A Greek restaurant just did a simpler version, and 324,000 people acted like it was a new idea.
For many years, I took barbs for refusing to call Israel's policy in East Jerusalem "ethnic cleansing". After all, there were 60,000 Palestinians in East Jerusalem in 1967, and 400,000 today. Occupation sucked, and included war crimes, but it wasn't ethnic cleansing.
That has changed now.
There are 3 Palestinian neighborhoods, all of whose residents are being or are about to be displaced: Batan al-Hawa and al-Bustan in Silwan, and Um Haroun in Sheik Jarrah. The latter two are being razed, or will be razed in the near future.
And immediately to the east, the Bedouin hamlet of Khan al-Akmar, adjacent to E-1, is about to be expelled, part of an attempt to "cleanse" Area C between East Jerusalem and the Jordan River valley of its Palestinian residents.
Regrettably, I can think of no other term to use other than "ethnic cleansing".
Reporting from the historic city of Tyre for @TheNationalNews. We saw clear damage at one of the archaeological sites, where wreckage was scattered among ancient Roman ruins and a column had been broken by an Israeli strike on Sunday. The attack targeted, and completely obliterated, a heritage house just a few metres away.
The area is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site, which legally protects landmarks or areas legally because of their “outstanding value to humanity.”
DISGUSTING: Over 80 Israeli students took part in vandalizing agricultural areas in a Palestinian village during a school trip in front of teachers, destroying property and farmland in their path.
Israeli lawyer Ben Marmarelli says Palestinian prisoners he represents beg him not to visit because they're raped each time he is due to meet them.
This is a scene from Al Jazeera's shocking new documentary on Israel's systematic use of rape.
Mike Huckabee: "Israel is successful not because of military, economics, or politics - but because God favors it."
Huckabee is not representing American interests. He's representing his own theology - and using his office to promote it.
This is one of the land-grab strategies used by settlers in the West Bank. According to land law in the West Bank, if an agricultural plot has not been cultivated for 3 years, it becomes “state land.” From there, Israel may allocate it to settlers. With or without official authorisation, if settlers move onto this now “public land” and work it for 10 years, it may be allocated to them. For this reason, settlers work hard to prevent Palestinians from accessing their agricultural lands.
And “luckily” for them, the IDF is always there to help. Another land-grab strategy, used alongside the first, involves extending settlements’ “security zones” onto Palestinian agricultural lands. As settlements pop up or expand, so do their “security buffer zones.” These zones, referred to as “sterile” in IDF jargon, are areas near settlements that Palestinians are barred from entering without the IDF’s permission, even when they privately own the land in question.
Working together, settlers and the IDF deprive Palestinians of access to their land, creating the conditions for its eventual takeover.
