@AmericanAir American Airlines is a disaster. My trip was delayed a day and a half as they canceled flights due to staff shortages for and I never even got to my destination. They had to re route me to a different airport 4 hours away & I paid for a rental car to get there.
@AmericanAir I didn’t actually even arrive to my destination & I had to pay for a rental car & a drop fee so I could get there. How do you care for your customers when that happens? With an apology & a better luck next time sentiment ?
I asked if they could compensate me due to additional costs incurred and because they never actually got me to my destination and their response was to give me 7,500 miles ($75). Thanks American-that does nothing for me. I flew southwest on the way back & got home easily
