@Uber_Support soooo ya’ll really just letting restaurants charge us for things we don’t receive and then tellin us the order is “not eligible for a refund”? Any help here or do I need to refer to my bank? @UberEats

Basically if you order with @UberEats and the merchant sends the incorrect item you are not eligible for a refund just because @UberEats says so. I just have to deal with it. Maybe time to use someone else for my food delivery service #disappointed
