That means he gets paid less if the film doesn't do well, all the way down to $0 if it tanks, regardless of hours worked. That's unlikely, but staff on wages get paid even if the movie tanks

@adamhlavac Going to a cinema is about the experience. Otherwise I would just watch a movie at home. It's $100-$150 for a nice meal somewhere with a couple of drinks each, tickets (to Gold Class here in Australia) and some snacks. AUD$200+ would not be unusual. But it's the experience.
