Those that satisfy FT enrollment throughout their program are unicorns IMO. As an int’l immig advisor at a DLI, I see countless scenarios where students are trying but struggling - finances, family issues, mental health etc. To expect a perfect record is an impossible standard.

This x a million. @CitImmCanada needs to modify the requirements for the #PGWP to build out written (not unwritten) discretionary carve outs and eliminate the need to be in full-time status for duration of program as a general rule.
