The Pregnant Deer
(A Story of Focus, Faith, and Miracles)
Deep in the forest, a pregnant deer wandered anxiously in search of a safe place to give birth. She found a quiet spot beside a gently flowing river and felt at peace.
But just as her labor pains began, chaos erupted.
Dark clouds gathered overhead. A fierce lightning strike ignited a raging fire that spread rapidly through the dry forest. Terrified, the deer turned to her left, only to see a hunter silently creeping closer, his arrow already drawn and aimed straight at her. She spun to her right, a hungry lion was stalking toward her, eyes gleaming with deadly intent. Behind her lay the deep, rushing river.
She was completely surrounded:
•Fire blazing behind her,
•Hunter to the left,
•Lion to the right,
•River in front.
Pain tore through her body. Death seemed certain from every direction.
What would the deer do?
She did the only thing she could.
Instead of panicking, running, or trying to fight, the pregnant deer focused entirely on giving birth to new life. She blocked out the fire, the hunter, the lion, and the river. Her only thought was bringing her fawn safely into the world.
And then… a miracle unfolded.
A powerful lightning bolt flashed, temporarily blinding the hunter. Startled, he released his arrow, which flew past the deer and struck the hungry lion, killing it instantly.
At that same moment, heavy rain began to pour from the heavens. The forest fire was completely extinguished.
In the calm that followed, the deer gave birth to a beautiful, healthy fawn.
The Lesson
In life, we often find ourselves surrounded by problems on every side, financial troubles, health challenges, broken relationships, fear of the future. The storms feel overwhelming. Negative thoughts scream that there is no way out.
But the pregnant deer teaches us a powerful truth:
Focus on what is in your hands.
The deer could not control the fire, the hunter, the lion, or the river. Those things were beyond her power. What she could control was her focus, and she chose to focus on giving life.
When your mind is fixed on the right thing, your purpose, your dreams, your faith, the universe (and your Creator) often aligns in ways you could never have planned.
Ask yourself today:
•Where is my focus?
•Where is my faith?
In the midst of the storm, keep your eyes on your Creator. He never sleeps. He never makes mistakes. He will never forsake you.
A strong person is not the one who never cries. A strong person is the one who keeps moving forward with tears in their eyes, a smile on their face, and unwavering faith in their heart.
Be strong. Keep the faith. Your miracle is coming.
My wife will be 55 years old on the 21st of May. We got married when she was only 21. Many people said she was too young, that she should not marry me, that she should finish her education, that she fell for a sweet-talking man who had nothing but wanted only her British citizenship and would discard her afterward.
She stuck to her choice. I promised her that I would change her life even in my poverty-stricken state, and I kept my word.
I have taken her to over 40 countries, all expenses paid. I have bought her several classy cars. She got her degree at 48.
Together, we have built a mini-empire and raised three young lawyers. People ran their mouths, but I disappointed them. Please celebrate my wife with me. God bless you, Bimbo, ❤️❤️❤️
Are you trying to get out of something that God is going to take you through? Are you fighting the process, wondering why it happened? Everything will change if you’ll start inviting God in. He promised He’ll be with you; maybe He’s just waiting for your invitation.
The ocean holds shocking signs of Allah’s power.
Did you know that some fish can generate enough electricity to light a bulb? The electric eel, for example, can produce shocks of up to 860 volts to hunt and defend itself.
It uses special organs made up of thousands of tiny cells called electrocytes—like perfectly designed biological batteries.
SubhanAllah… the One who created this incredible system is the same One who created us.
As Allah says in the Qur’an, “And in yourselves—will you not then see?” (51:21)
