@jbenmenachem i've been meaning to try this but i'm pretty sure it's not too difficult to export just one field of multiple sources to a text file from the reference manager, which would solve the issue of having cleanly organized notes that can be brought together into one. maybe will try now

@jbenmenachem i have master libraries in Endnote (i.e., "desistance", "program evaluation") and then i'll either write my notes in the "research notes" field of the record in Endnote, or i'll have a master doc for that same theme with the full citation and my notes for each record
