@flyethiopian@TheDonMud How about pictures of lost luggage? I still need my luggage! I don’t care about window seats when your in-cabin staff is so rude and I get off the flight in the 15th of dec and don’t have my luggage as of 28th. What good is a window seat picture to me when I’m stranded?
@flyethiopian What about resumption of finding and returning delayed/ lost luggage to your passengers? Or you’d rather advertise for more passengers only to lose their luggage and leave them hanging in a limbo when they try to work with you to find their luggage?! From the 15th to the 28th?
@flyethiopian This goes beyond just a bunch of “things” in a luggage. It goes beyond clothes and shoes! @flyethiopian there’s an element of life or death related to this. Some people prefer their private lives private so me having to pour out my business here is a HUGE deal.Where’s my luggage!
@flyethiopian@flyethiopian after I sent my email to your dm, I still didn’t receive an email from you. I feel this tweet requesting for my email in your dm was just a patronising comment to let people following this thread think @flyethiopian is responsive. This is shady and insensitive.
@flyethiopian staff told me, I may not be compensated because I got some of my luggage. Really? But on their website, there is no such clause to state part of your luggage going missing or delayed gives no grounds for compensation. #GetMyLuggageBack#ClotheMe#DontMessUpMyXmas
@flyethiopian I traveled on your airline from Kigali, through Addis to Accra on the 15th, on arriving, I was told my luggage had delayed and that I should get it within 24 hours after filling a delayed baggage form with the @GhanaAirports.
It’s 24 hours later multiplied by 5 other 24 hours and I’m here, no luggage, no update on whether it’s been located, which airport it’s in or if I’ll get it. Oh, and the cherry on the cake is :
Only to be demonised by the staff for even having the nerve to complain of my missing luggage. I mean “how dare you request for your bag at the baggage claim when you disembark a flight” I’m sorry, I didn’t know it was a privilege to leave the airport with my own stuff.
I let it slide. I sent an email to customerrelations@ethiopianairlines informing them of my missing luggage and how it’s negatively affecting me and my toddler girls. I was given a code and still no luggage. I had to go AGAIN! to the airport to search for my luggage.
No phone call from them 24 hours later so I called AH-GAIN! And I was told in the most condescending tone “Madam, we are working on a list and we will let you know when we locate your luggage” Got me peaved, but in my bid to always debunk the stereotype about short girls…
I called them within a couple of hours, actually before I got home to let them have my number in their system and to let them know, the number I had provided was active.
