@VerizonSupport Well look at this, all NFL games end and my speed is back....but @VerizonSupport wants me to reboot routers and ONTs and kill all other devices and all kinds of lame advice; can you say #clueless
@VerizonSupport If, after all my requests for Verizon to correct their problem, if tomorrow also fails and we cannot watch the Netflix games and halftime, I will be departing Verizon for the competition. (Final part)
@VerizonSupport As expected, here is my WIRED speed last night and my WIRED speed right now during the NETFLIX NFL game. The game is buffering so much it is not watchable. I'll be calling @CoxComm tomorrow to see if they have anything better.
@VerizonSupport Continuing since no one else wants to....Verizon recently replaced my ONT due to a failure (another Verizon fiasco that cost me $$) and it has this red light on constantly. Verizon tech support told me it did not affect anything and to disregard. So just FYI
@VerizonSupport but you cannot consistently provide me the speed I already pay you for....You need to look outside blaming my plan and my equipment. Your own rep wrote they checked my speed last Thursday and verified my speed was miserable..
@VerizonSupport RIGHT! you have reached out to get me with your tier 1 support who only knows "reboot the router." I am not going to waste my time with that. I provide you info showing the speeds are fine all day and are only slow when the demand is high. You want me to change my package.
@VerizonSupport I have my entire family at my home tomorrow and we are attempting to watch the NFL games and Beyonce halftime show on Netflix. I am somewhat confident Verizon again will not be able to handle the demand and we will not be able to watch (part 3)
@VerizonSupport so far I have received no commmunction from Verizon telling me how they are addressing this issue. It is OUTSIDE my equipment, probably at one of your junction boxes in my neighborhood. (part 2)
