えびに塩こしょう、片栗粉。フライパンにごま油、えび。油、にんにく、しょうが、豆板醤、ネギ、合わせ調味料。えびを戻し水溶き片栗粉でとろみ。

【鍋で簡単レシピ！ジャーマンポテトスープ】

【材料】
じゃがいも　3個
ウインナー　5本
にんにくチューブ　2cm
オリーブオイル大さじ1
水　400cc
コンソメ　小さじ1
黒胡椒　適量
パセリ　適量

【作り方】
①じゃがいもの皮剥いたらじゃがいも、ウインナーを一口サイズに切る
②熱した鍋にオリーブオイルを加えたら中火でウインナー、じゃがいもににんにくチューブを絡めて焼き色がつくまで炒める
③水、コンソメを加えてじゃがいもに火が通るまで煮る
④黒胡椒、パセリを振れば完成！
