💌: a question for our reliable bandmaster Zairo-ssi: i was shocked to hear that Zairo-ssi, who wasn’t scheduled to join the Japan stop due to schedule conflict, adjusted his schedule & flew his way to check the rehearsal sound system…
i feel that his sense of responsibility is so reliable as a bandmaster. from the pov of an ONEW’s fan, a jjinggu, i find you really dependable & felt touched by your actions.
also, it seems that you make a different song arrangement for each concert every time. it’s so amazing that you go freestyle, but i wonder if there is a certain part you focus on everytime you make song arrangements for the concert?
i’m curious to know if it’s up to Zairo-ssi’s discretion, also i’m curious to know about Zairo-ssi & ONEW-ssi’s working process.

🎸: eitherway, it comes together with the whole stage production. so the music also have to flow along with that, so every concert doing the same song arrangements, and then you see the audience makes you feel a little bit.. uhm… like you want to give them something, quite more fun. so that gives me that motivation
🎙️: so you put a lot of care in adding such details after all, to match the vibe & the situation

🎸: right, and also, i want to capture that… that raw vulnerability of ONEW hyung, which is this concert’s theme~ hyung has a lot of that sheer desperation you know [🍭📝: 처절함/cheo-jeolham/raw vulnerability, hence onew’s response]

🎸: firstly, we hold a meeting among us~ we were briefed about what hyungie wanted to purse for this concert, and then the production director, me, & various staff gather, and from there we brainstorm like “how do we let this thing unfold~?”
🎸: and while contemplating about it, by then, we have to trade-off what we came up with, right? like our output or tasks… it’s collaborative bouncing off of ideas, that it feels like a group project
🐰: the various vibe and uhm… there’s a term for this amount of level, like length… no, how do you say it? this amount…
🎸: duration?
🎙️: concert duration or something
🐰: that certain song’s duration — so we pass those kind of info, and then we match the song arrangement from there
🐰: on how best we should tweak it, we brainstorm about that together & rehearse for that, and that’s how we work
🎙️: hence, right from the start, you work your way down to every single detail, and that’s how you manage to stay on top of things during that workflow all along~
