@JioCare For my number I don't get any jio phone pack recharge option. Why I'm facing this issue. Last time I had to pay extra for the recharge because of that option not available.

@Lenovo_in I have never expected this kind of service for a customer with premium warranty. You need to send engineer at my place asap and fix my issue. So disappointed with this, you guys say next day onsite repair for premium but I see no kind of service like that. @skatyal1@YuanqingYang

I have purchased new laptop from your store in January 2024. I have premium care warranty on my laptop. Now the laptop have a small patch on the screen which your support team is saying can't be fixed by them. So disappointed with the support from your side.
