@east_bengaluru@blrcitytraffic The city have one major road ... Our ORR. All the internal roads are too narrow to use and are always in bad condition. If there was some planning, they would have fixed these internal roads, which at these times seems to be the best alternative.
@kaffindia - I have sent email for a complaint and there is no response. My hob glass broke and then to replace the technician is replacing a white cooktop with a black one which is not acceptable.
It's been 10 days when I raised a complaint and don't see any progress.
Today in Bangalore the Tata ace driver was using mobile and driving near Ramamurthy nagar bridge He dashed my vehicle from right side when my dad starting asking him he suddenly got down and took knife from the vehicle and started threatening us this must bring to police notice.

This is a note from customer support, where ola mentioned that if the cab is not having AC... So basically, no guarantee for AC... They can provide any non AC cab and no support from ola.

Another bad experience by ola. Cab without AC. Driver says low on fuel. Need refund for this, I haven't got what I have been charged for.

Horrific incident reported on Sarjapur road near Sofas & More around 3 am today. Miscreant riders collided purposefully to a couple traveling in car. They chased the car for 5km till their society in Chikkanayakanahalli. Don't open your car in night. Use dash cam. @BlrCityPolice.

I had encountered 2 issues with Ola today.
1. On the app, it was showing the charge will be 748 rs, but it charged 1009 rs.
2. I have booked a sedan, had to cancel the ride.

@ola_supports This is only one of the part of the commitment which was made over call. But ola support person have also told that they will mention that this has happened because of technical issue in Ola app.
For issue #2,
Again no option from app to say that I had luggage issue. And on top of all this, I want to ask, why don't they have feature to state that the sedan don't have luggage. Before that also... It's no longer a sedan segment when luggage space is not there.
