@PratikxPatel I live in Spain and can confirm. Southern Europe particularly has a lot more quality produce. Now I feel scammed the moment I get THE organic veggies back home. Olive oil is almost default in most precooked products. Every sugary item has a sugar free equivalent in stores.
on the left is a picture from 2 years ago, building the first prototype in my bedroom.
on the right is from yesterday — our first production run at the factory.
a lot happened in between 🧵
I rarely give career advice, but here’s one.
If you work at a late-stage startup where the founder or CEO keeps telling everyone to “use more AI” but isn’t personally building tools, apps, or workflows with it, the company probably won’t exist in five years.
We’ve entered a moment where leadership is no longer about management.
It’s about leading from the front and showing what kind of impact new technology can create.
The leaders who experiment, build, and break things themselves will shape the next generation of companies.
Everyone else will just be writing roadmaps for a world that no longer exists.
Prediction: In the AI age, taste will become even more important. When anyone can make anything, the big differentiator is what you choose to make.

Everyone wants enterprise b2b ACV, no one wants 6-12 month sales cycles, 200 point security questionnaires, redlines, net 60, white glove onboarding, services partner ecosystem, last minute procurement negotiation step, 14 page MSAs, champions that leave the company. 90-180 day activations, features built to save churn, Europe->Asia timezone sales calls, cringe outbound campaigns, SCIM, data deletion and portability process, msft ecosystem integrations (teams!), or EU data residency.
Paris has no shortage of iconic cafés, but araku is the only Indian one in the mix. Mad respect for the loyalty it’s built.
Congrats @arakucoffee on another store!
This is not "Zomato doing B2B SaaS"
We all wanted a proper tech company from India like FAANG companies - these are the green shoots of that.
The playbook is - corner the top tech/product talent in the market and throw it any high value problem in the world.
