1st thought was race & poverty but the strongest determinate is actually health-related. Most of these folks have medical debt, & the south has worse Medicaid than other states.

I have to share an extremely pleasant experience I had retrieving my laptop that I had forgotten at Mumbai Airport security. @CSMIA_Official was easy to reach on the phone and confirmed they had the laptop immediately.
