@thecroindia Very disappointed with @AmazonIN service. Ordered a mobile on 9th with promised delivery on 10th, but still haven’t received it. Escalated the issue more than 7 times with customer care, yet no resolution. Even delivery person says this delivery is not on his route.

I don’t want a refund, and without receiving the product, how can I request a replacement? Replacement delivery is also showing after 17th May. Still no proper resolution.

After a long wait, there is still no delivery, and now the status has again changed to “next day.” Very disappointing experience with @AmazonHelp@AmazonIN@thecroindia Please help.

@thecroindia I’ve repeatedly requested Airtel to disconnect my broadband connection, but instead of processing my request, they keep offering alternative solutions to retain the service.
Despite my clear communication that I no longer wish to continue, the disconnection request hasn’t been honored. @thecroindia Please help.

@amazonIN Why there is no option available under Netbanking payment from @bankofbaroda for business accounts. Please add this option. Tried with customer care, but they suggested using other options or using a normal account.
