I totally understand the frustration of achieving character consistency especially as a beginner, I've had struggles with it many times but thankfully there are ways to go about it.

For character consistency you need to build a character sheet for your character.

Start with a close portrait image of your character's face to get all the realistic facial features.
Then you generate the full body image.

After that create a 6 panel character sheet which shows your character in full body and other angles for better consistency. This keeps the AI from guessing what your character looks like from different angles.

Generate everything in a grey background.

So, whenever you want to generate a scene with your character, just input the character sheet in your prompts and you'll get accurate results.
