@KuKhahil Detroit needs to open their wallet. Duren meeting Sac in person while phoning LA is a leverage play. If LA offers their max of $44M, Duren can hand Detroit an ultimatum: match it, lose him for nothing, or work a sign-and-trade with Sac so they at least get some assets back.

@BontaHill Probably a move to try and keep Ant happy by getting another scorer to help shoulder the load— and if it doesn’t work Ant would likely be gone anyway if they stayed status quo, so they can essentially build with Lamelo as a contingency plan

Brunson shot a quick 30ft contested jumper down 1 when the double came and it affected how quick the rotations can happen. Kudos to the Knicks it was a good basketball on their end.
