"if it used to be so, then it might still be; if we assume that it is so, then it follows from our assumption that it would be; but in fact it isn't so, so it isn't so."
Du’as to recite between two sujood:
Rabbighfirli - My Lord, forgive me
Warhamni - Have mercy on me
Wajburni - Cover my shame
Warfa'ni - Raise my rank
Warzuqni - Give me sustenance
Wahdini - Give me guidance
Wa'afini - Make me healthy
Wa'fu'anni - pardon me
The worst genocide of our lifetime is happening right now. By massacring tens of thousands, injuring hundreds of thousands and beheading babies, what are you trying to achieve? Calling it a tragic mishap is pathetic! If anything, it's a sign that you've lost. Lost your humanity. Lost the plot. #AllEyesOnRafah
I’m touched by this beautiful quote;
“You don't speak quietly to someone who is far away. The fact that you talk to Allah quietly in your dua , is proof that you believe He is close”
One of the best lines by Wajid Shaikh:-
“himmat kar, sabar kar, bikhar kar bhe sanwar jaaega,
yakeen kar, shukar kar, waqt hi hai ye bhi guzar jaaega”.
In English we say:-
“Your one look is all I need”.
But in Urdu we say:-
“hamne kab kaha ki woh shaks hamara ho jaaye,
itna dikh jaaye ki aankhon ka guzara ho jaaye”.
Your rizq is written. There's no need to rush. If something is meant to be, it will happen, at the right time, with the right person, for the best reason. Be confident with your Du’as.
It feels so surreal that Ramadan is coming an end.. honestly feels like it was yesterday we were all beginning our preparations for the blessed month.
O Allah, accept our supplications made in the blessed month and allow us to leave it better than we had entered it 🤲🏾
