The @googlehealth API got a CLI! ghealth is an open-source CLI for your Fitbit Air. You can now pull 40 health metrics from the terminal or pipe them straight into your AI agent.

Pull sleep breakdowns and heart rate data into context. Use `--detail` flag on sleep gives you per-stage data (awake, deep, REM), which is useful for spotting patterns week over week.
