Update, for anyone in need, after much research and stoke council misleading the local mp and I, you can apply for a carers pass, which we now have.

@TamworthCouncil harassed today parking for less than 5 minutes dropping my disabled son outside his dad's house in a resident parking area. Deliberately mislead and upset by wardens from Stoke please advise what the rules are.
