@CustomerSu42429 I’m not quite sure how that will help- @tfwrail refused to hold a train for 5 minutes for passengers that had no choice but to get that particular service. So somebody calling me about a service that has left will not achieve anything I’m afraid.

Absolutely ridiculous @tfwrail. Part Cancelling 17.30 from Manchester Piccadilly to South wales. service now starts from Crewe. And they won’t hold the train to enable those on the @northernassist train to get there to get the train they should be on (which is slightly delayed)

@tfwrail @northernassist I’m not sure why @tfwrail thinks submitting a delay repay is a good response! It would have taken a 5-7 minute holding of the train. To help those inconvenienced by @tfwrail deciding not to complete the service through to Piccadilly.

Will the @tfwrail train that was supposed to go from Manchester Piccadilly at 17.27, but now leaving wilmslow at 17.45 be held for those having to get the avanti train to Wilmslow. As that is not due to get in at Wilmslow until 17.45!

Is there ticket acceptance with cross country or avanti to pick up the Piccadilly to Nantwich train (17.27) from wilmslow. Given that is where it is starting rather than from its original departure station of Piccadilly @tfwrail

Ilooking like the 17.06 northern train from Manc Piccadilly to crewe that @tfwrail passengers were told to get to pick up the 18.10 to Carmarthen from Crewe may not quite make it on time (it’s touch and go). Any chance 18.10 can be held for few mins until that train gets in?

Just checking what the plans are for the Nantwich to Manchester Piccadilly train from 02 August - 23 August when Stockport station is closed @tfwrail? Will this service still run, but diverting around Stockport?

What good is it canceling the 07.19 nantwich to Manchester Piccadilly at wilmslow @tfwrail ? And then state it’s because of a signalling fault. The reality is that every time the train is massively delayed, you do this!!

Checking @tfwrail whether there is ticket acceptance on avanti and northern from Crewe to Manchester Piccadilly given the ridiculous decision to have the very late 07.19 from nantwich to Piccadilly no longer going beyond Crewe (I see the following train is doing the same too).

Argh Warrington to crewe avanti train a little delayed. Getting in at 6.10. May miss 6.10 Crewe to nantwich- any chance @tfwrail could hold it for a couple of mins?
