This whole Goldman Sachs conversation and the "Big Schools in Nigeria" is making me snigger. I was in UI for 4 years and didn't even know what the Big 4 was. Mind you, I was on a first class o. I was preparing for at best, a job in the ministry of education or coming back for direct PhD.

First time I heard about BoA/Merrill Lynch (now Merrill) was when Jackson had returned from the summer internship. Asked him how he nailed it, and it was mostly self effort. No support from any group.

Point is, I love UI but it's all in the name, nothing else in particular. But I guess that's enough for some.

One could want to be mad at parental guidance too, but what did my parents know? And during my time, most parents were like mine. So imagine possibilities students in UI might not have known about.

Anyways, UI can be way better than just waking up bare-chested in the morning and screaming "fest and bess".
