This not a new tactic for Netanyahu and Israel. They put forward a plan they know is a non-starter (and they never intend to stick to) in order to make it APPEAR that the obstacle to peace is the Palestinians. I have not seen or spoken to Mr Birawi in more than a decade. I wish God speed to the flotilla and call for a free Palestine from the Jordan River to the Mediterranean Sea.
