Absolutely amazing, just turn up the volume, and you're off to another galaxy. Pure genius.
I've lived through a lot of "What if" moments in Jets history. Where does the Aaron Rodgers Achilles tear stack up? This morning, I decided to rank my top 15. Thoughts? #Jets#JetUp
@NYJets_SitRep having quincy move inside is better bc he can read and cover more ground than Mosley. And sherwood is a converted safety from auburn so he can thump and also cover territory. I said the same thing, this defense just got faster and williams handled the middle very well
@Bryce55H Rich Cimini @RichCimini will see this tweet and stir it up for you. This will force the Jets to pay or to part ways, they are going to sign or get a 2nd round pick would be my guess. Good work Joe Douglas. Undrafted player for 2nd rd pick.
@KnicksCentral They are scorers who are gamers, 3 point shooters and vets (thibs guys). Both can play 2-3 positions (versatile). Grimes min had already dropped and his basketball IQ is sometimes different. Fournier gone is a gift and Flynn is 3rd PG. Seems like a good deal. Good Depth pieces.
My response to the CFP committee members who decided to drop my Back to Back national champion Georgia Bulldogs 5 spots after losing 1 game in two years by three points:
@RichCimini Rich, the Jets have a great defense. However, a hall of fame quarterback whom can manage offense can actually accentuate the strengths of the defense. What the fuck are you talking about?? Oh and the entire world knows the oline sucks via injuries and depth
@Connor_J_Hughes You and rich cimini @RichCimini are made for each other with your conjecture based on your football acumen. Could be wrong, but if this is “prime” Zach Wilson, what the fuck are you talking about.
The biggest difference on Sunday was not necessarily the play calling, but the mentality of the QB. And no play showcases that difference more than this one.
3rd & 12 on the edge of FG range in Q3 of a tie game, Zach Wilson probably would not have attempted this in any prior game this year.
You could argue this isn't even a good decision (especially with Bawden wide open in the flat to make it a much easier FG). That's a dangerous throw that has bitten Zach many times before.
But the bottom line is that we saw a truly confident Zach Wilson yesterday, and this throw shows it. And when he's confident, he executes the seemingly reckless/aggressive stuff at a much higher level, as he does here.
