@MativoMJohn Tanga Mombasa pipeline what will be the cost. Then after you do another 4 pipeline ( Diesel, petrol, kerosene etc to Mombasa). What will be cost. Why not Ppp for Mombasa refinery and the existing infrastructure to move the product.
