@mainlymono Last Saturday my stop at Utrecht was a "We're not driving any further due to a defective train on the tracks" stop. Sat there for over an hour at Utrecht Centraal (better than Roermond at 10PM earlier this year)
BREAKTHROUGH ARTIST OF THE YEAR!! 🏆
Thank you, CMA Ontario. This is truly such an incredible honour, and I’m beyond grateful.
I’m going to get a little wordy here because I want to take a moment to thank the people who have supported me every step of the way. This award belongs to all of you just as much as it belongs to me.
First, a huge shoutout to my day-one brother, Adam Newcomb. We’ve been doing this together for over a decade. Thank you for always being in my corner, helping me find my sound, and believing in me from the very beginning. Record Producer of the Year — we knew we had something special with this one. Love you, man.
@SachaOfficial_ — you, Adam, Roberta, and I have been connected since the early days. I’ve watched your journey from the very beginning, and you’ve inspired me in more ways than you know. Seeing you overcome obstacle after obstacle and continue to reach new heights is incredible. From the Grand Ole Opry to the big and small shows we’ve shared, watching you take home Female Artist and Album of the Year was proof that persistence, hard work, and believing in yourself can take you anywhere. Love you and Warren so much. Family for life.
@AlexMacielMusic — brother, you’ve had my back since day one. Thank you for your mentorship, leadership, and belief in me. We’ve been around the sun and back together, and I’m grateful for every step of the journey.
Lastly, Mom and Dad — none of this would be possible without you.
Dad, thank you for giving me my first guitar, Roxie, when I was only four years old. You probably regretted it when I started putting on full concerts in my bedroom every day, but thank you for planting that seed.
Mom, you are truly my rock. You do so much behind the scenes, and I can never fully express how grateful I am. From late nights and endless hours helping with branding, to driving me to lessons, rehearsals, and shows — you’ve always been there. Thank you for pushing me to be my best every single day. I love you both with all my heart.
There are so many more people I could thank, and I could go on forever, but I’ll leave it with this:
I don’t have a fancy team or a major label behind me. I’ve spent nearly my entire career as an independent artist. But what I do have is the most incredible group of friends, family, and supporters anyone could ask for.
To everyone who has believed in me, supported me, streamed a song, bought a ticket, shared a post, or cheered me on along the way — thank you.
I promise I won’t take this for granted.
This is only the beginning.
New music coming very soon. 🤍
Love you all!

Recently Caleb in the Cables released his debut single "Touch the Wires" and as of today he has a video to go with that song as well.
@mainlymono This one is hilarious. It's not allowed for you, dog, to let swim in the fountain.
(They probably meant: it's not allowed to let your dog swim in the fountain)
@mainlymono Rumoured to be Achilles.
Christopher Nolan can check off all important checkboxes: 1 transgender and 1 black actor in the movie.
Historic accuracy seems to be less important. (Black Helen of Troy and Achilles transgender)
