@HelloImDr3w @EinerjarWoW 3 rep max is 185 1 rep max is like 190, maybe 195? but its a struggle 1 rep for sure. but based on that math at best itd be like 145-150 which I can do 12 reps no issue. currently doing PPL, and have a 4th day thats for fun/ego lifts that I like doing since I get bored
