People flouting the rules i.e 2m rule, how about them being put on a gov database, sent home for 14 days and if they are found flouting again then the 14 days resets to 0 up to a max of 3 times then jailed or put in a controlled camp for 3 months and fined £3000 @piersmorgan #GMB
