Here is how the new Loan Recovery & Conduct Guidelines empower every Indian:
🚫 STOP THE HARASSMENT
* Strict Timings: Recovery agents can ONLY call you between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. No more late-night or early-morning disturbances! ⏰🛑
* Zero Tolerance for Abuse: The use of abusive language, threats, or intimidation is strictly BANNED. 🗣️❌
* Social Media Shield: Agents are prohibited from shaming borrowers publicly or sending inappropriate messages on mobile/social media. 📱🔒
🕵️ TRANSPARENCY & ACCOUNTABILITY
* Know Your Agent: Banks must inform you (via SMS/Email/Letter) of the recovery agent's details before they contact you. No more anonymous threats! 🆔📩
* Everything Recorded: All recovery calls must now be recorded by the bank/agency. This ensures proof in case of misconduct. 🎙️💾
* Privacy First: Agents cannot harass your family, friends, or colleagues to recover dues. Your debt is your business, not your neighbor's. 🤫🏠

* Grievance Redressal: Every bank must now have a dedicated mechanism to handle recovery-related complaints.

NAT-based Load Balancers (LB) like HAProxy or Nginx are usually the default choice. But there is a problem with them: all replies go back through the LB, too. And while requests are often short, replies can be x10-100 times heavier.
That means more bandwidth on the LB, and the biggest traffic flowing through the one component you'd least like to bottleneck.
Direct Server Return (DSR) fixes that: requests go through the LB, responses don't.
