Our own state's environmental conservation body, the @NYSDEC, admitted in 2023 that wind complexes (of 54 turbines in size) kill 41 bald eagles during their lifespan.

Obviously, we all know that figure is downplayed. For Alle-Cat Wind, the number of turbines increased to 76 since the writing of this article, which means around 60 eagle deaths will occur per their math.

But let's say it's an accurate figure. They admit around 41 other bald eagles will be killed at another wind facility in Western New York.

They also admit there are only 450 pairs of bald eagles in New York State.

All it would take is 22 wind complexes (at 54 turbines in size) to be built in New York for the bald eagle to go completely extinct in this state. And that doesn't include the polarized light effect occurring at massive solar commercial complexes where the appearance of panels resembles water, causing birds of prey to collide, dive into, or crash into the panels at high speeds.

Our environmental assessment from Hudsonia warned of incoming raptor deaths with the proximity of the panels at Fort Edward Solar to the Hudson River.

If something is not done, our national bird and many other state-endangered and threatened species will go extinct in New York State.

The NYS Department of Environmental Conservation isn't going to do anything about it. In fact, they like these mitigation arrangements. The DEC gets to decide who benefits from the money that the developer pays to "offset the wildlife deaths."

For Alle-Cat Wind, the lucky winner is Cornell. @Cornell will make $2 million dollars from Invenergy to offset all of the dead eagles at the wind complex. What a great arrangement!

These people despise us, our rural towns, and our state's nature. Everyone needs to wake up to this and soon.

I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve made this point, but please take this as a WARNING, and not merely an observation: Anti-social behavior—think about the guy blasting music from a speaker, talking loudly on speaker-phone, smoking inside the subway car, etc.—in public spaces is often engaged in ***_as a dare_***. The whole point is to provoke anger and annoyance in those around him, which serves two purposes, depending on the response he’s hoping for:

(1) If everyone bites their tongues, the antisocial asshole gets to tell himself he’s such a badass no one would dare speak up; or

(2) If someone confronts him, he finds his excuse to scratch a violent itch.

Understand that saying something to these people will often come with a real risk of violent confrontation.

Last year DOJ published a report.

For every 10,000 blacks, 153 violent crimes are committed by a black person each year against a white person.

The same figure for violent crimes committed by whites against a black person: 3.4.

A black person is 50-times more likely to commit a violent crime against a white person than for a white person to commit a violent crime against a black person.

This is an extraordinary difference in the rates of violence committed between these two groups.

We are told that whites are systemically racist.

We are told that whites are successful because they oppress others.

But the facts tell the opposite story.

Blacks are not the ones being victimized.

Whites are.

Western civilization has been successful not because it was oppressive.

It has been successful because whites created, starting thousands of years ago, systems that are impartial and fair.

Today these systems are being dismantled.

Criminals are being released because of their skin color.

Law-abiding citizens are punished because of theirs.

All in service of an ideology that is simply false.

This puts everyone in danger.

In case our prime farmland, grassland habitat, and wetlands weren't enough for foreign solar developers, now NYS politicians want to open up our reservoirs, lakes, and canals to floating solar panels.

Senate/Assembly bill S4571B/A6577B creates a @NYSERDA "floating solar incentive and education program" that would provide access to financing resources for floating solar development.

The bill language is intentionally drafted to be very broad. We've seen this with other bills aimed at expanding solar and wind destruction across New York State, usually introduced by @RachelMayNY or @SenatorHarckham.

The bill includes opening up our lakes to floating solar and does NOT contain Adirondack-specific exclusions. The bill itself also does not establish a size cap for projects.

Most importantly, it places financing assistance through NYSERDA.

Do you know what that means?

It means this floating solar grant program will be funded by us. It will be funded by the delivery charge on your electric bill that Upstate New Yorkers already can't afford right now.

As for the microplastics that are deposited below the solar panels, glass shards after a single hail storm/ice storm/tornado/blizzard, and the heavy metals like cadmium, lead, zinc, and silver that leach off the panels... do you want to drink water from a reservoir that sits below this kind of environmental destruction?

Potato growing associations nationwide will NOT grow potatoes on farmland that sat below the panels. Imagine putting these panels ABOVE your drinking water?

And as always, what about the animals? The aquatic species that ask for nothing but to be left alone by humans determined to play God?

Panels floating over water creates shade below them. This reduces growth of aquatic plants and algae production beneath the Chinese-made panels. This then alters the food web that supports insects, zooplankton, and eventually fish.

In case the microplastics, glass shards, heavy metals, or PFAS don't kill the fish first, the shaded, cooled, and altered food web will kill them next.

Do you get it yet? These climate extremists will destroy our environment long before we're "carbon neutral" if we don't all do something about this.
